Polly

This small river is in remote north-western Scotland. From a loch in Inverpolly Forest, it flows west to enter Enard Bay. The main sport is with salmon and sea trout. Ullapool, the centre quoted below, is some 20 miles from the river which is reached by travelling north on the A835 to Old Drum-runie Lodge where the left fork takes you along the northern shore of Loch Lurgan to the Polly.
