Rising near Marymeet in Cornwall, the Tiddy flows south-east through Tideford to enter the western arm of the large estuary formed by various rivers, the biggest being the Tamar. There are brown trout and sea trout run as far up as Tideford, usually in May and June. Easiest access for visitors is to seek farmers’ permission to fish. Rod Licence: SWWA
